# Just stretch your legs to the side as far as you can. See that you have a big place to do or practice the split.Every day just practice for 30 seconds or for about a minute.

# Practice it twice a day..

# The stretch named - STRADDLE...DO THIS ..this also helpsFor straddles lay with your butt directly against a wall and put your legs out at the side, just let gravity push them down! It hurts A LOT but soon you can have a straight straddle. This works for you split.

* There are some stretches also to make a split. But that's optional, if you just practice the split everyday ,its more than enough...

* See that no one pulls you leg while doing this as you have a chance of breaking your bones...
