Everyone loves jello shots but not everyone can consume it because it does contain animal products. Here's how to make everyone happy!What you need -packet of "Simply Delish" 1.6 ounces (it's vegan and gluten free)-3/4 cup boiled water-1/2 cup ice cold water-1/2 cup vodka
== Steps ==
# I found a substitute for Jello called "Simply Delish" at Lucky's market and I'm sure other organic food stores carry it. I bought Strawberry and Peach. It's more expensive than regular jello, around $2.50 each.
# -Boil 3/4 cup of water in a pot-once water boils, turn heat down to low-add in 1.6 ounce packet of substitute-mix until dissolved-add in 1/2 cup ice cold water-add in 1/2 cup of vodka immediatly after and keep stirring-pour mixture into individual cups-the box says it's not necessary to refrigerate, but I did for an hour to let the vodka set-enjoy your vegan, gluten free jello shots!
